Work with Kai / Growth, operations & creative development
Build the business.
Improve how it works.
I bring founder experience, hands-on operations, digital marketing and creative design to the practical work of developing a business—from its website and customer journey to the systems behind it.

Operations, customer experience & analysis
My float-center operating experience connects day-to-day service delivery with the questions behind sustainable growth: how people discover a business, return to it, and become regular customers.
Service operations
Hands-on float-center experience informs an operational perspective on bookings, customer experience and memberships.
Customer retention
My analysis and proposal work explores booking patterns, membership opportunities and reactivation—not just acquiring another first visit.
Clearer decisions
Structuring customer and booking information into questions a team can act on, with explicit limits on what the data can establish.
Anonymized case study · Analysis / proposal
From bookings to a clearer retention picture
The question: Where could a float center improve repeat visits and membership fit without treating every customer the same?
My perspective: Hands-on float-center operating experience, alongside documented CRM and retention-analysis proposals. This study describes the analytical approach; it is not a claim of a delivered paid consulting engagement.
Approach
- Separate first-time visitors, repeat visitors and members so that different journeys can be understood.
- Review booking frequency, capacity utilization and membership suitability with clear definitions and a consistent period.
- Consider reactivation opportunities and the customer experience before suggesting outreach.
- Present decisions, assumptions and the information needed to evaluate a proposed change.
What this demonstrates: A way to connect operational questions with customer-retention analysis and a practical proposal.
Evidence boundary: No business is identified. No customer records, proprietary figures, measured improvement or implemented recommendation is presented. An approved redacted deliverable and contribution statement would be needed to substantiate a fuller client case study.

Client work and additional experience
Diamond Campground website / SEO
Completed client work · reported unpublishedThe historical inventory records a completed freelance website/SEO engagement. Its later clarification says the website was not publicly deployed. The project is not presented as a live website; approved examples are not yet included here.
Independent social media management
Past paid client work · private clientWork-history records describe creative, copy and social management. Approved anonymized samples are still needed. No campaign result is presented.
SEO & digital marketing
Experience spans founder-operated sites and documented work history. Google Ads campaign management is owner-confirmed; specific rankings, spend, returns and attribution require separate evidence. The Advanced Space mini-portfolio is a completed pitch artifact, not an awarded client engagement.
Creative & project development
Violet Geometry: independent wearable design. Unity Spheres: developed concept, not operating accommodation. Delta Infinite: founder-led venture; current technical evidence lives on the corporate site.
