Unity
Spheres

Architecture for inner exploration.

Concept-stage hospitality project · Colorado mountain design studies · Site to be selected.

THE IDEA

What if every space in a retreat had an intention?

Unity Spheres reimagines private hospitality as a collection of connected environments, each designed to support a different part of the human experience. Surrounded by nature and shaped by thoughtful geometry, the retreat brings together exceptional architecture, flotation, restorative movement, contemplative practice, and the freedom to disconnect.

EXPLORE THE SPHERES

A place for each state.

The spaces are envisioned as a connected whole: private enough for deep restoration, open enough to remain in relationship with the landscape.

STILL IN THE CONSTELLATION

Movement and nourishment.

A movement sphere is planned for yoga, mobility, and guided exploration. A possible culinary sphere would extend the experience through shared meals, private-chef options, and locally sourced hospitality.

These spaces remain part of the architectural program and require future professional design and validation.

THE EXPERIENCE

Whole-property privacy.
A stay shaped from within.

Envisioned as a private, whole-property retreat for individuals, couples, and small groups, Unity Spheres combines spacious downtime with optional curated experiences.

Guests could shape a stay around floating, movement, quiet mornings, time outdoors, and meaningful conversation. Future facilitated programs may add structured preparation and post-retreat integration.

MORE THAN A PLACE

Original Intent

Original Intent is a proposed signature personal-purpose exploration program built around preparation, a multi-day experience, and integration.

Program delivery and any regulated activities require appropriate licensed partners, safety practices, and separate validation before launch.

THE PROJECT

From vision
to feasibility.

Unity Spheres began as a Sedona-inspired concept in 2023–24 and was later re-envisioned in Colorado mountain surroundings. The project has an original nine-section business plan, guest-experience concepts, extensive architectural visualizations, and preliminary scenario-based financial underwriting.

It remains in pre-development, with feasibility, site selection, professional design, permitting, and financing ahead.
